Step 1: An initial meeting is arranged so that we can talk to you and understand your business and identify the key issues.

Step 2: An audit process is created in consultation with you. This document will then be used to carry out a detailed assessment of your business activities. Upon completion a detailed report will be submitted with (a) an executive summary (b) identified areas of concern (c) recommendations (d) action plan.

Step 3: Follow-up compliance audits will be carried out to assess the implementation of the action plan. This can be weighted and scored to allow you to measure and compare compliance standards site by site or regional basis.

Step 4: Policy and procedure documents will be written to support standardisation of processes and set clear bench mark standards for future audits and reviews.
