Recruitment interviews are carried out by our own resourcing officers, and all new recruits are selected for qualities of good character, presentation, basic fitness and clear communication skills. Successful candidates are then thoroughly screened by our dedicated vetting officers in accordance with British Standard 7858.

  • When placed into their assignments, we ensure that recruits are comfortable in their new environment.

  • Each assignment is managed by a dedicated area manager, with regular visits carried out to review service level agreements and provide ongoing support.
