At Olympian, we know that our continued success depends on the quality and commitment of our most valuable asset, our people. In order to attract and retain personnel of the right calibre, not only do we ensure that our pay rates and working conditions remain better than most, we offer a company that cares about its people.  Recruitment interviews are carried out by our own resourcing officers, and all new recruits are selected for qualities of good character, presentation, basic fitness and clear communication skills. Successful candidates are then thoroughly screened by our dedicated vetting officers in accordance with British Standard 7858.

Our Recruitment and Welfare Practices

  • We provide new recruits with a first class induction course at our own training centre.
  • When placed into their assignments, we ensure that recruits are comfortable in their new environment.
  • We provide the necessary support and training to ensure that staff make a positive contribution and become a valuable part of the team. 
  • Each assignment is managed by a dedicated area manager, with regular visits carried out to review service level agreements and provide ongoing support.
  • All staff are given the skills and guidance they need to fulfil their roles and are encouraged to reach their full potential within the Company.
