Relief Retail Security Officers - London

Olympian Security Services are currently seeking Full Time and Part Time Retail Security Personnel to join our team of relief officers working at a number of prestigious stores in London.

The successful candidates will receive a salary of £10.00 per hour.

Olympian provide security and risk management services to the retail, manufacturing, education and public sectors.

We have supplied security services to the high end retail sector for over twenty years and as a result our retail client portfolio include some of the leading names in fashion, jewellery and beauty.

Duties

  • Maintaining a high profile, visible security presence
  • Being a polite and approachable security contact for customers and staff
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Dealing with loss prevention issues
  • Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity
  • Working as part of an experienced security team
  • Writing statements and reports as necessary

Essential Experience

  • Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision licence due to the requirement to cover the store's bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from non-licence holders or holders with SIA Security Guarding licences.

Desirable Attributes

  • Officers are expected to have a smart appearance and will be dressed in a fitted suit, tie, white shirt and black formal shoes
  • Well groomed
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work at a number of different locations.
  • Polite and approachable
  • Being comfortable with travelling to a variety of different assignments.
  • Has strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
  • Retail Security experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of SCONE

Hours:

  • Full time to include weekends
  • Part time hours available
  • Overtime available
